Job Title: Business Development Executive /Tele sales (Sales)

Key Result Area

The successful candidate will be responsible to meet and exceed the below KRA’s:

❖Understanding Customer requirement and suggesting suitable financial product as per client’s requirement and Business.

❖Engage with leads through regular follow-ups, meetings, and relationship-building.

❖Ensuring high quality customer servicing for all pre and post-sales support requirements.

❖Nurture company-provided leads into sales-ready prospects and ensure successful conversion.

❖Meet assigned sales and conversion targets.

 

 

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate would have the following background, capabilities, skills:

Education, Skills and Attitudes:

❖Graduate in any discipline; knowledge of financial or economic terms is a plus.

❖Ability to understand the information/data needs of current and potential clients

❖Good communication skills

❖Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

❖Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
