Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers politely and take orders properly.
- Order Preparation: Prepare tea, coffee, cold beverages and other menu items as per company standards.
- Food Handling: Serve snacks and food items hygienically.
- Cleanliness: Keep the counter, tables, kitchen and cafe premises clean.
- Order Management: Ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
- Equipment Handling: Use cafe machines and equipment carefully.
- Personal Hygiene: Maintain clean uniforms, trimmed nails and proper grooming.
- Customer Complaints: Handle customer concerns politely and inform the manager when needed.
- Food Safety: Follow hygiene, food storage and food safety procedures.
- Opening & Closing Duties: Complete assigned opening, cleaning, stock and closing activities.
- Discipline: Follow duty timings, weekly off schedules and cafe rules.
Candidate Requirements
- Honest, punctual and hardworking.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Previous cafe or restaurant experience preferred; freshers may apply.
