Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers through networking and cold calling and attending industry events.

• Build and maintain relationship with clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales

• Balancing multiple accounts and sales efforts efficiently

• Follow up on leads generated with marketing

• Utilize various channels such as job boards (e.g., Dice, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to source qualified IT professionals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, technical skills, and long-term aspirations.
