Job Description
Role: Civil Site Engineer (Finishing & Mechanized Plastering)
Location: West Ahmedabad
Company: Leading Mechanized Plastering & Finishing Subcontractor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, on-ground Civil Site Engineer to manage floor-level execution, quality inspection, and billing for high-speed mechanized plastering projects using automated pumping and screeding systems across West Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Execution & Setup: Oversee floor-level preparation (AAC block,RCC hack, joint mesh, conduit packing) and supervise datum guide setups using 3D laser levels and straight-edges.
Quality Control (QC): Ensure all plaster surfaces meet line, plumb, and +/-2mm straight-edge tolerances before client QC inspections.
Measurement & Billing: Conduct joint wall measurements with developer site teams, prepare Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS), and reconcile daily material consumption (cement, sand, plasticizer).
Manpower & Daily Output: Manage site labor attendance, assign floor stations, and push daily square-foot targets to complete floor plates on schedule.
Progress Reporting (DPR): Submit daily progress reports, photos, and downtime logs via WhatsApp/PDF every evening.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E.) or B.E. Civil.
2 to 3 years of hands-on site execution experience in residential and commercial high-rise finishing, internal plaster, or AAC block masonry.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license for local site travel.
Good communication in Hindi and Gujarati to coordinate with site labor and builder engineers.
Compensation & Perks:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 / month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹4,000 / month based on floor targets and JMS sign-offs.
Allowances: Official site petrol/travel allowance provided.
Time: 8AM to 6PM
Joining: Immediate post-Diwali joining (by November 16).
