Job Description

* Conduct *product/website demos* to customers and explain available tender services.

* Take *customer feedback* and understand their requirements.

* Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

* Follow up with customers for *profile activation, subscription and service requirements*.

* Assist customers with *account/profile activation and basic website-related queries*.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and ensure good customer experience.

* Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
