Job Description

1. Outbound Calling:

  - Initiate outbound calls to customers to remind them of upcoming service appointments for their vehicles.

  - Deliver service reminders in a courteous and professional manner, emphasizing the importance of regular maintenance.

 

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  - Build rapport with customers during phone interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.

  - Address customer inquiries related to service schedules, procedures, and any additional information they may require.
