Job Description
We are looking for a confident and responsible Student Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with students, understand their academic requirements, and guide them throughout their academic journey.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesConnect with existing and prospective students through calls, messages, emails, and meetings.
- Understand students’ academic requirements, challenges, and career goals.
- Provide guidance and regular follow-ups regarding assignments, courses, deadlines, and academic progress.
- Resolve student queries professionally and ensure timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic assistance.
- Maintain proper student records and communication updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask, follow up regularly, and build positive relationships with students.
