Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry and Accounts Executive who will manage our digital records, handle basic accounting tasks, and conduct routine operational audits. This role involves regular visit to our various company outlets for standard operating procedure (SOP) inspections and costing reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter daily operational data, sales records, and inventory details into the system.
  • Basic Accounting: Maintain financial records and log transactions using Tally software.
  • Outlet Inspections: Perform frequent visits to company outlets to audit adherence to company SOPs.
  • Costing Works: Assist in verifying on-ground operational costs, tracking expenses, and reporting discrepancies.
