Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, punctual and trustworthy Office Boy Cum Driver to handle office support activities, four-wheeler driving, document delivery and other administrative tasks as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving & Transportation

• Drive company vehicles safely for official visits, meetings, banking and other business-related work.
• Pick up and drop management, staff or business associates as instructed.
• Collect and deliver documents, cheques, parcels and other official materials.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is ready for use.
• Check fuel, tyres, engine oil and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Maintain vehicle logs, trip details, fuel bills and service records.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure the vehicle is driven responsibly.

2. Office Boy & Administrative Support

• Serve tea, water and refreshments to visitors and staff when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office pantry and meeting area.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing and basic document filing.
• Visit banks, courier offices, vendors and other locations for official work.
• Assist with dispatch, parcel handling and document movement.
• Support the HR/Admin team with day-to-day office activities.

3. General Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from management and the HR/Admin team.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and business information.
• Report vehicle issues, delays or any incident immediately.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline and professional behaviour.
• Be available for official travel during working hours and occasional extended hours, as required and agreed.
• Eligibility & RequirementsValid four-wheeler driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Ahmedabad routes and surrounding areas.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills; ability to handle documents and receipts.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined and reliable.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

• Weekly Off: As per company policy
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and driving skills
• Joining: As soon as possible
