Electrical Design Engineer

Advance Electromation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing electrical control and power panels, preparing electrical drawings, performing load calculations, selecting suitable components, and preparing complete Bills of Materials (BOM)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare control and power panel General Arrangement (GA) layouts.
• Develop electrical drawings, control schematics, power circuits, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform electrical load calculations and cable sizing.
• Select suitable electrical components, protection devices, and equipment.
• Prepare complete BOMs with catalog numbers, quantities, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the production and project teams to resolve design-related queries.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable electrical standards.
• Revise drawings and documentation as per project requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical control panels, MCC panels, and power distribution panels.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and control circuits.
• Knowledge of electrical components and their selection.
• Familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8 or similar electrical design software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and technical documentation.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
