1. Job Responsibilities – EnglishPerform control panel wiring, power wiring and electrical panel assembly as per electrical drawings and specifications.
2. Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and control panel drawings.
3. Carry out wiring of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, overload relays, terminals, SMPS, PLC, VFD and other electrical components.
4. Perform machine electrical wiring, cable routing, cable dressing and termination.
5. Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels and machines.
6. Conduct testing and checking of panels before installation and commissioning.
7. Assist engineers during machine installation, commissioning and electrical troubleshooting.
8. Perform motor connections, sensor wiring, limit switch wiring and other field wiring.
9. Ensure proper ferruling, tagging, termination and cable identification.
10. Maintain proper wiring standards, neatness and safety inside electrical panels.
11. Use electrical tools and testing instruments such as multimeter, tester, clamp meter and insulation tester as required.
12. Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electrical equipment and machinery.
13. Follow all electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements and company safety rules.
14. Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer and Production team for machine-related electrical work.
15. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure that tools, cables and electrical components are stored safely.
16. Report electrical faults, damaged components and material requirements to the concerned supervisor/engineer.
17. Perform any other electrical-related work assigned by the management or reporting manager.

• Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial electrical work / panel wiring.
• Good knowledge of control panel wiring and electrical components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors and control circuits will be preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

2. Electrical Circuit Diagram, Wiring Diagram एवं Control Panel Drawing को पढ़ना और समझना।
3. MCB, MCCB, Contactor, Relay, Timer, Overload Relay, Terminal, SMPS, PLC, VFD एवं अन्य electrical components की wiring करना।
4. मशीन की Electrical Wiring, Cable Routing, Cable Dressing एवं Cable Termination करना।
5. Control Panel एवं मशीन में आने वाले Electrical Faults की पहचान और Troubleshooting करना।
6. Installation एवं commissioning से पहले electrical panels की testing और checking करना।
7. Engineers के साथ मिलकर Machine Installation, Commissioning एवं Electrical Troubleshooting में सहायता करना।
8. Motor Connection, Sensor Wiring, Limit Switch Wiring एवं Field Wiring करना।
9. Proper Ferruling, Tagging, Termination एवं Cable Identification सुनिश्चित करना।
10. Electrical Panel के अंदर proper wiring standards, neatness और safety maintain करना।
11. आवश्यकता के अनुसार Multimeter, Tester, Clamp Meter एवं अन्य electrical testing instruments का उपयोग करना।
12. Electrical equipment एवं machinery की Preventive Maintenance एवं Basic Troubleshooting करना।
13. सभी Electrical Safety Procedures, PPE Requirements एवं Company Safety Rules का पालन करना।
14. Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer और Production Team के साथ coordination करके machine-related electrical work करना।
15. Tools, cables एवं electrical components को व्यवस्थित और सुरक्षित रखना तथा proper housekeeping maintain करना।
16. Electrical fault, damaged components एवं required electrical materials की जानकारी संबंधित supervisor/engineer को देना।
17. Management या Reporting Manager द्वारा दिए गए अन्य electrical-related कार्यों को करना।

• आवश्यक योग्यता एवं कौशलITI / Diploma in Electrical या equivalent qualification।
• Industrial Electrical Work / Panel Wiring में 2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
• Control Panel Wiring और electrical components का अच्छा knowledge।
• Electrical drawings को पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।
• PLC, VFD, Sensors एवं Control Circuits की basic knowledge को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
• अच्छी troubleshooting एवं problem-solving skills।
• Electrical safety practices की जानकारी।
• अकेले एवं team के साथ दोनों तरीके से काम करने की क्षमता।
