Executive Driver

Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-mannered, professional, and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to the Director. The ideal candidate should have experience driving premium/luxury vehicles and should demonstrate excellent communication skills, professional etiquette, punctuality, and confidentiality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the Director safely and professionally for office, business meetings, airport transfers, and personal travel as required.
• Handle premium and luxury vehicles such as Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, and similar vehicles with confidence and care.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain a safe, smooth, and comfortable driving experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Coordinate with the Director regarding travel schedules, routes, and pick-up/drop-off timings.
• Demonstrate respectful, polite, and professional communication with the Director, senior executives, and other staff members.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s travel plans, conversations, and personal or business information.
• Assist with luggage, documents, or other travel-related requirements when needed.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, insurance, fuel, and other routine maintenance requirements.
