Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Pharmaceutical Warehouse/Godown Staff member to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, arranging, picking, packing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products while maintaining proper stock records and storage standards.

Key Responsibilities



• Receive pharmaceutical products and verify quantities against invoices or delivery documents.
• Check products for damage, expiry dates, batch numbers, and packaging condition.
• Arrange medicines systematically according to product type, batch, and expiry.
• Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles while picking products.
• Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders accurately as per invoices or order sheets.
• Prepare medicines and products for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular physical stock verification.
• Report shortages, damaged goods, expired products, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored under the required storage conditions.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of warehouse records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable pharmaceutical storage requirements.
• Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
