Graphic Designer

UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT is a rubber product manufacturing company incorporated in 1991.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop engaging visual content to support marketing, branding, and product promotion activities. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s digital presence through impactful designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design creative visuals for social media, website, brochures, and marketing materials.

* Create product catalogs, banners, and promotional creatives.

* Work on branding elements including logos, color schemes, and visual identity.

* Edit images and create high-quality graphics using design tools.

* Support digital marketing team with creatives for campaigns and ads.

* Basic photo and video editing for social media and promotional use.

* Assist in photography and videography of products (optional but preferred).

* Maintain consistency in brand design across all platforms.

* Stay updated with design trends and industry standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum Requirement:

* Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

* 2 to 5 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

* Strong creativity and attention to detail.

* Good understanding of branding and visual communication.

* Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Salary:

₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)

Education (Minimum Requirement):

* Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or related field

Work Experience:

* 2–5 years in Graphic Designing

* Experience in industrial / product-based company preferred

Skills & Competencies:

* Canva (Core Skill)

* Adobe Photoshop (Core Skill)

* Adobe Lightroom (Optional)

* Creativity & Visual Design Sense

* Image Editing & Layout Design

* Basic Video Editing Skills

* Understanding of Social Media Creatives

* Additional Preferences:

* Photography & Videography skills (Preferred)

* Experience in product photography

* Knowledge of branding and marketing creatives

* Ability to coordinate with marketing team
