HR Manager

Recruitment & Employee Management

 Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

 Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

 Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

 Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Attendance & Payroll Management

 Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

 Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

 Handle salary calculations, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

 Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports.

 Coordinate payroll-related employee queries.

Statutory Compliance

 Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.

 Maintain statutory registers and records.

 Coordinate with consultants and government authorities as required.

HR Operations

 Implement company HR policies and procedures.

 Manage employee performance records and appraisals.

 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

 Support management in employee engagement activities.

 Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.

 Experience in PF, ESIC, PT, and Labour Law Compliance.

 Recruitment and manpower planning experience.

 Attendance and leave management.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS Software.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
