Job Description - HR Coordinator 


  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Complete joining formalities and give new employee
  • Compliances (Provident Fund, ESIC,PT, Bonus etc)
  • Overseeing the safety and health of the employee
  • Build up good relations with internal Departments.
  • Verifying Marketing Employees' Expenses.
  • New employee Bio metrick,diary and shirt/t-shirt
  • Offer letter ,Appointment letter and Experience letter
  • Salary Slip Provide all employees
  • FNF process
  • Salary Processing.
  • Visiting card and ID card for new employees.
  • Exit Formalities - Handover process, FNF process & Exit interview.
  • New Employee confirmation on mail.
