Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Finding potential clients through personal networks, referrals, and outreach.
Financial Need Analysis: Assessing a client’s family goals, income, and life-stage needs (savings, retirement, child education).
Plan Presentation: Pitching the most suitable LIC policies (endowment, term, money-back, or annuity).
Proposal & KYC Processing: Collecting documents (Aadhaar, PAN, medical reports) and submitting proposal forms via the ANANDA portal or branch.
