International Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning international travel itineraries.
• Book international flight tickets, hotels, holiday packages, cruises, and transportation.
• Provide information on visa requirements, passport regulations, and travel documentation.
• Advise customers on travel insurance, foreign exchange, and destination guidelines.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel partners.
• Ensure bookings comply with airline policies and international travel regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and booking systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of international destinations and airline operations.
• Understanding of visa and passport requirements.
• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for travel may also apply.
