Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support our US-based clients and team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day coordination, handle real-time documentation, assist with operational tasks, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time Documentation & Typing: Accurately document conversations, type notes, and update records during live operational sessions.
- Communication & Coordination: Interact with international clients and internal team members via written and spoken English.
- Task & Process Management: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, monitor instructions, and coordinate workflow requirements efficiently.
- Process Support: Follow detailed guidelines and procedures to assist clients during live sessions and online assessments/evaluations.
Basic Requirements
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken, written, and listening skills in English (mandatory).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Tech Savviness: Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, ChatGPT.
- Multitasking: Ability to listen, process information, and type simultaneously under fast-paced conditions.
- Availability: Flexible to work in US overlapping hours / Night shifts.
