Job Description
• Record daily transactions — sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries — in Tally. • Prepare and post sales and purchase invoices; maintain vendor and customer ledgers. • Reconcile bank statements monthly and resolve differences. • Track receivables and payables; send payment reminders and prepare ageing reports. • Prepare GST data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B; reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B. • Calculate TDS on vendor payments and salaries; support quarterly TDS return filing. • Manage petty cash and verify employee expense claims. • Support monthly closing and prepare basic MIS reports in Excel. • Maintain organized records and assist during internal and statutory audits.
