Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve Food, tea, coffee, and water to Managers & Visitors.
• Coordinate with CFO & MD requirement (lunch, Refreshments & Snacks) and timely fulfill it.
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents when required.
• Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office setup.
• Purchase Necessary Supplies and items when required.
• Handle courier dispatch and receiving packages.
• Assist staff with basic office support tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions properly.
• Physically fit to handle basic office tasks.
• Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Polite behavior and good communication with staff and visitors
• Basic understanding of office work preferred.

Experience

• 1 –3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Salary Range

·        20,000/- to 25,000/- CTC PM
