Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To assist in day-to-day office operations by performing basic clerical tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting staff with minor errands and hospitality duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain office cleanliness (desks, washrooms, pantry, etc.)

Serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and visitors.

Handle filing, photocopying, and basic documentation tasks.

Assist in the movement of files, documents, and stationery within the office.

Open and close the office premises on time.

Handle basic courier/mail management (incoming and outgoing).

Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms and managing refreshments.

Support staff with miscellaneous errands as needed.

Ensure security and care of office property.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

Basic reading and writing skills in English or the local language.

Physically fit and punctual.

Honest, hardworking, and polite attitude.

Prior experience as a peon/office boy preferred but not mandatory.
