Job Description
Title: Production Helper
Company: JBM Auto Limited
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Gross Salary: ₹24,300 per month (Includes mandatory Overtime)
- Daily Earnings: ₹810 per day (₹540 for 8 hours + ₹270 for 4 hours OT)
- Extra Benefits: PF + ESIC + Monthly Attendance Bonus up to ₹2,500 + Diwali Bonus
🏠 Facilities Provided:
- Food: Canteen facility available (Meals at just ₹25, deducted from salary)
- Room: Company accommodation provided (5 candidates per room)
📋 Job Work:
- Helping machine operators and technicians on the production line
- Moving raw materials, loading/unloading boxes, and basic packing work
- Maintaining cleanliness around the machine area
⏱️ Shift & Hours:
- Duty: 12 Hours (8 Hours Duty + 4 Hours Compulsory Overtime)
- Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (Day Shift & Night Shift)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 8th, 10th, or 12th Pass can apply
- Gender: Male & Female candidates (as per company requirements)
- Experience: Freshers welcome (0 to 2 years experience)
- Age/Skills: Must be physically fit to work in a factory environment
📂 Documents Required for Joining:
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
- Bank Account Details (Passbook or Cancelled Cheque)
