WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT ENGINEER

Company: Apurva Water Management System  

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat + Project Sites across Gujarat  

Experience: 0 to 7 Years  

Qualification: B.E. Civil / Mechanical / Environmental

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Management - 60%

- Handle STP/ETP/WTP projects end-to-end from kick-off to handover

- Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and track milestones

- Supervise site activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping work

- Ensure quality of work as per GPCB, GWSSB, CPHEEO standards and client specifications

- Enforce site safety protocols, PPE compliance, and conduct toolbox talks

2. Client & Commercial Coordination - 25%

- Coordinate with clients for progress meetings, technical discussions, and approvals

- Prepare RA bills, BOQ, variation orders, and final billing

- Manage subcontractors, rate analysis, work orders, and payment certifications

- Execute testing, commissioning, trial runs, and final handover including O&M manuals and client training

3. Documentation & Reporting - 15%

- Prepare weekly MIS, progress reports, cost vs budget analysis, and delay reports for management

- Maintain project documents: method statements, drawings, checklists, and material approvals

- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Accounts, and Service teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills

- Technical knowledge of STP/ETP projects, plumbing, civil and mechanical works

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and MS Office

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, client handling, and communication skills

- Must have own vehicle with valid driving license

- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for site visits
