Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects-commercial, residential, industrial.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Plan and monitor project activities as per timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is progressing as per required standards.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and project handover.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at sites.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in solar project execution.
• Prior solar industry experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of rooftop solar installation and execution.
• Strong site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
