Authorized Distributor for Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in PLCs, VFDs, sensors, control 

panels, and customized automation solutions for various industries. 

Job Summary 

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, 

and inventory planning. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the 

ability to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Identify and evaluate suppliers for industrial automation products and components. 

 Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials. 

 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. 

 Coordinate with stores, accounts, and project teams for material requirements. 

 Maintain vendor records, pricing history, and purchase data in ERP/CRM systems. 

 Track inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or delays. 

 Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. 

 Follow up with suppliers for dispatch, delivery, and invoice submission. 

 Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management review. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

 Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering. 

 1–2 years of experience in purchase / procurement. 

 Knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, VFD, SCADA, HMI) preferred. 

 Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

 Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems for purchase management. 

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

 Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines. 

Preferred Skills 

 Experience in procurement of industrial automation or electrical products. 

 Understanding of taxation, commercial terms, and compliance requirements. 

 Vendor development and supplier relationship management.
