Sales Coordinator

1. Sales Data Analysis

• Maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
•   Prepare sales performance and growth reports.
• Track sales targets versus actual performance.

2.Product-Wise Sales Analysis

• Analyze sales performance by product.
• Identify monthly and seasonal sales trends.
• Identify high-performing and low-performing products.

3.Customer-Wise Sales Analysis

• Maintain monthly customer-wise sales data.
• Identify sales potential from existing customers.
• Track key customers and their purchasing patterns.

4.Existing & New Customer Follow-Up

• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
• Follow up on leads from new customers and business prospects.
• Track enquiries, quotations, and order status.

5.Lead Management – All Platforms

• Collect and manage leads received through IndiaMART, website, social media, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Properly record and categorize all leads.
• Maintain lead follow-up and conversion status.

6.Platform-Wise Sales & Lead Analysis

• Analyze the number of leads received from different platforms.
• Track platform-wise sales and conversion rates.
• Identify the best-performing lead-generation platforms.

7.Sales Telecalling

• Make regular calls to new and existing customers.
• Follow up on new enquiries and previous customers.
• Understand customer requirements and share relevant information with the sales team.
• Maintain records of sales generated through telecalling.

8.Total Sales Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly total sales reports.
• Monitor sales targets against actual sales.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.
