Sales Executive – Home Cleaning ProductsJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of innovative home cleaning products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining product features and benefits, handling objections, conducting product demonstrations, and converting potential customers into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers interested in home cleaning products.
• Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, or other sales channels as required.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and usage clearly.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how the products can make household cleaning easier.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Convince and convert interested customers into confirmed sales.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell other suitable cleaning products to existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations/delivery team for order processing and delivery.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide basic post-sales assistance.
• Collect customer feedback and share market/customer insights with management.
• Keep updated about product features, pricing, offers, and competitor products.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Sales / Telesales / Direct Sales / Consumer Product Sales will be preferred.
• Experience selling home appliances, electronics, smart home products, cleaning products, or similar consumer products will be an advantage.
• Strong convincing and customer conversion skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable explaining products and conducting demonstrations.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused, with the ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries/leads into sales.

• Primary Focus: Lead Generation → Product Explanation → Demonstration → Objection Handling → Follow-up → Sales Conversion
