Sales Executive (40% Commission-Based on sales generated)

About the Role at AlphaZet is looking for motivated individuals who can identify potential clients, generate leads, communicate with businesses, and convert opportunities for government tender filing and related services & Website Development, App Development.
- Key Responsibilities is Identify businesses interested in participating in government tenders & Website Development, App Development.
- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Contact businesses registered on GeM and government e-tender portals.
- Explain our tender filing and documentation services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for document collection and tender submission.
- Commission StructureEarn commission on every successfully converted client.
- Higher earnings based on the number and value of clients acquired.
- No fixed salary; earnings depend on actual sales.
- Commission terms will be shared transparently before onboarding.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation or government tenders is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
