Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect CPA firms, accounting practices & SMEs across Australia, USA, UK, and UAE
Own end-to-end sales cycle — outreach, discovery calls, proposals & closures
Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 BD Executives
Execute multi-channel outreach — cold calling, LinkedIn & email campaigns
Manage pipeline, CRM records & weekly revenue reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
5–7 years in BD/Sales, minimum 2 years in a team lead role
Must have accounting outsourcing / KPO / BPO background
Proven B2B deal closure with international clients (Australia, USA, UK, UAE preferred)
Excellent English — verbal and written
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
Proficient with CRM and outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Saleshandy)
Bachelor's in Business/Commerce; MBA preferred
