Job Description

Arrow Powertech Pvt. Ltd. -- Customer Care Coordinator · Ahmedabad · Reports to Program Manager

The CC Coordinator is the single point of contact between customers, partners and field engineers for every UPS complaint, from registration to closure within SLA.


  • Key responsibilities:-
  • Receive calls on helpline, emails and WhatsApp; register, allocate and track complaints
  • Plan engineers' daily schedule and follow up until calls are closed and reports received
  • Ensure call closure and keep customers and partners informed
  • Manage spares availability, reconciliation and daily inward / outward of spares
  • Prepare DCs and coordinate dispatch with Logistics
  • Send daily and month-end reports for complaints | Spares etc

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • 2–3 years in customer service or service coordination
  • Good Excel skills; fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati
