Store Keeper AND Dispatch Management

Job RoleWe are looking for a responsible and organised Inventory Executive who can manage day-to-day inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and develop a good understanding of the company's products, sizes, specifications and applications.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

• Maintain daily stock records of all finished products and raw materials.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
• Track inward and outward material movements.
• Maintain minimum stock levels and highlight shortages.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.

2. Product Knowledge

• Learn and understand the company's complete product range.
• Understand different types of plastic caps, closures, bottles and jars.
• Identify products based on size, weight, colour, design and specifications.
• Understand product codes and maintain proper product identification.

3. Dispatch & Coordination

• Coordinate with the dispatch and production departments.
• Ensure stock availability before dispatch.
• Verify quantities before material is issued or dispatched.
• Maintain proper records of returned and rejected materials.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain stock registers and inventory reports.
• Update daily stock entries in Excel or inventory software.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
• Report stock discrepancies to management.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Good understanding of numbers and calculations.
• Ability to learn and remember different products.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Responsible, honest and detail-oriented.
• Experience in inventory or warehouse management will be preferred.
• Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience and skills).
