Job Description

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Radhe Car Rental.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls from customers regarding car rental inquiries.
  • Explain available cars, rental packages, pricing, and booking details.
  • Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain customer information and booking details.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding pickup, drop-off, and rental requirements.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally on calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Hindi and Gujarati speaking preferred.
  • Basic English communication is an advantage.
  • Confident and polite personality.
  • Basic WhatsApp and mobile knowledge.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
