Job Description
• Lead Management: Follow up promptly on incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and property portals.
• Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and out-of-box networking activities to source prospective buyers.
• Property Consultations: Understand client budgets, preferences, and locations to suggest suitable residential apartments, villas, or plots.
• Site Inspections: Arrange, coordinate, and lead property site visits and show-house walkthroughs for potential buyers.
• Deal Negotiation: Act as an intermediary to negotiate prices, payment structures, and booking terms smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience Level: Open to Freshers with strong communication skills OR professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Commerce preferred).
• Key Skills: Excellent spoken communication, persuasion skills, and a confident personality.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler/vehicle for frequent site visits.
• Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), as these are the busiest days for property site visits.
