Travel Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. B2B Marketing & Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and travel companies across India, expanding the company's B2B network in Gujarat and other markets.
2. Destination Management & Promotion: Promote Gujarat as a preferred destination for leisure tours, group tours, MICE, corporate travel, incentive tours, and customized travel packages.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth: Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate B2B rates, convert inquiries into bookings, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Operations Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local vendors to ensure smooth tour planning, execution, and service delivery.
5. Team Coordination & Reporting: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams; maintain lead databases, client records, sales reports, payment follow-ups, and performance analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in travel, tourism, DMC, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong B2B sales, marketing, business development, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, networking, and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of Gujarat destinations, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
• Ability to coordinate multiple clients, suppliers, and tour operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, email, and digital marketing platforms.

KEY OBJECTIVE

To grow the DMC's B2B business across Gujarat and other markets by strengthening travel trade partnerships, generating revenue, promoting destination services, expanding market reach, and ensuring excellent service delivery to travel agents and corporate clients.
