Job Description

  • Welcome guests politely and escort them to their tables.
  • Provide menus and explain food items to customers.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
  • Coordinate with the Captain and kitchen team for smooth service.
  • Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
  • Refill water and assist guests whenever required.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
  • Support table clearing, plate changing, and table setup.
  • Follow restaurant service standards and instructions from seniors.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and customer service skills.
  • Polite behaviour and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and responsibility.
  • Experienced candidates and freshers can apply.
