Job Description

·        Handle inward and outward entries of goods/materials.

·        Maintain accurate warehouse stock and inventory records at regular interval.

·        Conduct regular physical stock checks and report any mismatch.

·        Verify invoices and other inward/outward documents.

·        Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery follow-ups.

·        Maintain and update Delivery SLM and track pending deliveries.

·        Update warehouse and inventory records in ERP / Zoho Books.

·        Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse activities.

·        Handle day-to-day warehouse administrative and operational activities.

·        Coordinate with Accounts, Sales and Operations teams regarding stock, dispatch and delivery status.

·        Prepare basic warehouse and inventory reports/MIS as required.

·        Ensure all warehouse activities and records are accurate and updated on time.
