Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Accountant
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing, and voucher entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial statements, and audit preparation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and maintain accurate vendor and customer accounts.
- Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and external auditors.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to accounting procedures and deadlines.
