Job Description
• Daily sales, purchase, expense, payment & receipt entries in Tally
• Correct ledger classification and understanding of transaction nature
• Vendor & customer ledger management
• Daily sales & collection reconciliation
• Payables & receivables tracking
• Invoice/bill verification and documentation
• Assist with monthly MIS, GST & accounting reports
• Identify incorrect, duplicate or unusual entries
Requirements :
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Excel
• Good understanding of basic accounting
• Excellent attention to detail
• F&B / Hospitality / Retail / Manufacturing experience is a plus
