Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing statutory compliance, and assisting in budgeting and financial planning.

• Key Responsibilities :Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
• Calculate and file tax returns, GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory compliances as applicable.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
