💼 Job Responsibilities: Handle sales invoices and purchase entries

• Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation
• Process online payments and maintain payment records
• Prepare and share account statements and ledgers
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments through calls and emails
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS and other compliance-related work
• Maintain expense records and accounting documents
• Coordinate with the sales team for order-related entries and updates
• Maintain pending order and dispatch tracking in Excel
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding dispatch and inventory status
• Maintain stock records and MIS reports in Excel
• Support routine office and accounting activities
• ✅ Required SkillsMinimum 1 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Tally Prime preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic email communication skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
