Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and regular account checking.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other office documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills, invoices, and important records.
- Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Handle general back-office and administrative work.
