Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle day-to-day branch accounting activities
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, vouchers & reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports, collection reports & expense statements
- Manage billing, invoices, debit/credit notes & payment follow-ups
- Handle bank transactions, reconciliations & online payments
- Coordinate with Operations and Head Office Accounts Team
- Support audits and ensure GST, TDS & statutory compliance
*Requirements:*
5–10 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & branch accounting
Experience in billing, banking, reconciliation & compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
