Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
- Manage sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers
- Prepare and maintain GST records, including filing support and reconciliation
- Work on TDS calculations, entries, and compliance
- Generate and manage E-invoices and E-way bills
- Prepare Delivery Challans, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable tracking
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Support in MIS reporting and data preparation in Excel
