Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential client leads through online platforms and channels.
  • Manage and update all real estate property portals and listings.
  • Handle lead assignment and maintain the CRM.
  • Tele-call buyers, sellers, and developers to collect and update property-related information.
  • Ensure all client and developer data is accurate, updated, and organized in the CRM, Google Drive, and databases.
  • Maintain and organize backend data, records, and reports in Excel sheets.
  • Prepare and maintain documents required for real estate transactions.
  • Support the sales team with necessary data and administrative coordination.


Ideal Candidate:

Good communication skills, basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with tele-calling, and preferably familiar with real estate portals and CRM systems.
