Job Summary

Khodiyar CAD Center is looking for an energetic and student-focused Student Counselor to handle student enquiries, provide course and career guidance, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with students.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries from students.
• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, career options, and placement opportunities.
• Make calls on leads provided through the ERP/CRM system and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and generate walk-ins and registrations.
• Explain Khodiyar's courses, training programs, and career benefits effectively.
• Build strong relationships with students and generate admissions through references.
• Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in the database.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, and Training teams.
• Support marketing events, seminars, campaigns, and student activities.
• Help students understand industry requirements and career opportunities in design and engineering.
• Handle the complete counselling-to-admission process and achieve assigned targets.
• Provide a positive experience to students and parents throughout the admission process.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Pleasant and presentable personality.
• Student-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with admission targets.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Quick learner with good analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and a strong team player.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

The JD specifically emphasizes lead calling, admission conversion, walk-in handling, student counselling, relationship building, coordination with marketing/BDE teams, and achieving company targets.
