Job Title: Agency Channel Manager / Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Job Summary

The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive life insurance business. The role focuses on team building, productivity, and achieving sales targets through the agency network.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify, recruit, and appoint new insurance advisors.

Ensure completion of licensing, IRDA training, and documentation.

🔹 Training & Development

Conduct regular product, sales, and process training for advisors.

Coach advisors on need-based selling and customer handling.

🔹 Sales & Business Development

Drive life insurance sales through the agency team.

Support advisors in closing high-value and complex cases.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

🔹 Advisor Productivity & Retention

Motivate advisors to remain active and productive.

Track performance and implement improvement plans.

Maintain long-term relationships with top-performing agents.

🔹 Customer & Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to IRDA and company guidelines.

Handle customer escalations with advisor support.

Maintain accurate sales and MIS reports.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

📊 1–5 years of experience in Insurance / Banking Sales

🧾 Experience in Agency Channel / Team Handling preferred
