Area Operations Manager

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned stores.

 Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

 Sustaining/growing sales revenue by setting/monitoring sales fundamentals monthly, quarterly & yearly

 Ensuring to manage rostering-leave attendance of employees who report to you

 Coordinating with other departments to improve customer service in every respective area.

 To guide team for expiry, non-moving and narcotic products and their processes

 Taking care of look and hygiene of respective stores

 Guiding team for selling OTC products and monthly offers

 Helping in taking people on board
