Job Description

  1. Handle customers interested in selling old gold and silver jewellery/items.
  2. Coordinate the complete gold-buying process from customer enquiry to final payment.
  3. Explain the valuation and transaction process clearly and professionally
  4. Ensure accurate weighing, testing and documentation of precious-metal items.
  5. Build customer trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
  7. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
  8. Maintain transaction records, registers and customer documentation.
