Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with up to 0–1 years of professional experience who is passionate about spatial visualization, modern biophilic designs, landscaping, and interior-scaping concepts. The role involves creating realistic 3D designs for customized terrace gardens, balcony transformations, office greens, and interior-scaping projects while collaborating closely with the sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and design concepts using Coohom, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Develop realistic visualizations and client-ready presentations in Coohom
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements
• Analyze site images, measurements, and floor plans to develop accurate layouts
• Design customized terraces, balconies, office greens, and interior-scaping concepts
• Develop creative yet practical design solutions aligned with project feasibility
• Produce visual representations to help clients clearly visualize transformed spaces
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and internal inputs
• Maintain organized design documentation and project files
• Support project teams with design clarifications during execution stages

Ideal Candidate

• At least 6 months of experience in 3D design, interior design, or architectural visualization
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Coohom
• Strong spatial visualization and design-thinking ability
• Understanding of modern design aesthetics and biophilic concepts
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
